Proposal Excellence

To promote and recognise proposal excellence in South Africa, nFold sponsored the APMP Proposal Awards from 2011-2019. Open to APMP members only, this award attracted globally distinguished judges such as Tom Sant, Jon Williams, David Blume, Chris Sant and Nigel Dennis as well as our own proposal pioneer Sandy Pullinger.

Larissa Cornelius

Larissa Cornelius owns nFold and is a Director of the APMP SA. She has well over 10 000 hours and over 10 years business development experience specifically around proposal best practice. She is a certified APMP practioner and was voted as one of the 40-under-40 APMP professionals in 2018 internationally.

Sandy Pullinger

Sandy Pullinger

Sandy Pullinger has been writing proposals since 1992 and consulting in the field since she founded nFold in 2001. She has achieved many accolades in her proposal career, such as becoming the 2nd person to achieve the highest level of APMP certification in 2012 and being voted the 1st chairperson of APMP SA in 2009 and an APMP fellow in 2019. Sandy’s training is technical, with a BSc Comp Sci (Hons) in first class from UCT. She is educated in business strategy and has loads of entrepreneurial and commercial experience.

Annatjie Jonker

Annatjie Jonker

Annatjie Jonker joined the nFold network in 2006. She is globally certified by APMP at the Foundation level. Annatjie has more than 20 years of proposal experience, gained in operational, marketing, sales and executive roles. Her corporate and consulting career spans more than 30 years, mainly in the financial and ICT sectors, for customers from a wide range of industries.  Annatjie has a BCom in Economics and Statistics from the University of Pretoria and is qualified as a business and life coach.


Eric Njuguna

Eric Njuguna has been an nFold consultant since 2010. He has more than 15 years of experience in bid management gained prior to joining the nFold network. He has also worked in several African countries. During his corporate career, spent mainly in the telecommunications, financial and ICT sectors, Eric held a variety of sales, bid, management and consulting roles. He is APMP-Certified and holds certifications in PRINCE2  Project Management.
